Application

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Aetna (Sandy, UT) in June 2010.

Interview

Organized process, interviewed by hiring manager. Normal hiring questions, gave complete description of job. Took a while to get back as there were massive hirings at the time, so felt out of the loop at times. Felt I could ask questions and felt I got honest answers regarding the culture and type of work I would be doing.

Interview Questions

Negotiation

I accepted what was offered. That was the going rate at the time, and I felt comfortable with it.
