Submitted resume through school and separately on Aetna website. Interview was held on campus with an HR representative who asked very standard behavioral and fit questions in a 30 minute 1:1 interview. Have a good understanding of why Aetna versus other insurance companies in the same region. Took two weeks to notify and seemed to be assessing functional preferences as well. Projects are team based not individual.
