Interview Details – The interview process for Aetna was very comprehensive. Aetna provides applicants the opportunity to interview with employees who will be in your line of sight and who will provide their perspectives which come from different levels within the organization. Aetna takes the interview process very seriously and is sensitive to ensuring that the applicant feels confident that they can make an informed choice before extending an offer.
