I was hired as temp, and there was a considerable lag time in getting a response back to me. Since the company is big, most hiring decisions must be funneled through headquarters and that takes time. All in All the process requires patience, and you will be rewarded with an opportunity. No benefits, but the ability to gain experience is a plus.
