I had a Phone interview on Design Patterns and Web services/ and general J2EE skills and past project experience.In my case they arranged a quick face to face interview. This would have normaly taken a week or more. The face to face interview lasted nearly 1 hour and covered many aspects of databases, Design Patterns, Hibernate, web services etc. I got a quick offer and jined immediaetely.

Got a call to set-up a phone interview, guy called and asked why ACS, run down your resume, nothing special, ACS has told tons of international opportunities and was being sold of this while on the phone interview, training was an unstructured shadowing in California for 3 weeks or whenever you get it, expected to live there the entire time.
They also asked for writing samples
They also ask you questions from your Linked In page so make sure its in sync.

The company wanted me to be persuarer of red light cameras in municipalities, I don't agree with them so no.

I thought I was interviewing for a completely different job. It turns out that the recruiter had crossed 2 different positions....Fortunately I was interested in the Info. Management Sr. Specialist position. I went through 4 interviews! I was given all the same generic questions.
