Executive Assistant Interview

Executive Assistant
Columbia, SC

I applied online and the process took 2 months - interviewed at Aflac in September 2013.

Interview Details – The interview process took about 2 months. You have to take a test on word for the EA position. The questions asked really depends on the person you are interviewing with. It can be the basics about how you would handle situations and why you are a great fit for the company. The interview was one of the most comfortable ones I had ever had. The whole process although long, was worth it. The company is FANTASTIC!!

Interview Question – None. All questions are easy as long as you know what you have to offer.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Not really able to negotiate a better rate and that was the only problem. The pay isn't all that but the perks and company are GRRRRREEEEAAATTTT!
