After emphasizing my strong sales background and my love

  for a particular CCF dish, he asked me to 'sell him' on my favorite Cheesecake Factory entré, which was a bit of a challenge to feel confident about, since I knew very little about the details of the entré itself. This was clearly a gesture of his own, and not part of the normal set of questions, but you can expect them to try and throw you with things like this, to see how you react to not knowing the answer in a high-pressure situation (which happens all the time in the restaurant business).
