Interviewed Apr 2010 in Immokalee, FL (took a day)
Met the owner and president at a nice restaurant in Lake Placid, they asked me a few questions, I asked them a few questions, I was emailed an offer within days. I have known the owner and president for several years before that on a professional level and I must say, they have made me feel like second family ever since I started on with them.

Negotiation Details
I negotiated a bit, and they were able to meet my minimums. I haven't been disappointed - they've kept their promises and I've kept up my end of the bargain by giving them exceptional service and innovative new products they can go to market with.
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
