Passed pre-screenin software criteria. Phone interview with external recruiter. In person interview with the General Manager and Director.
Extremely friendly atmosphere with the GM and Director. Positive, supportive culture. Looking to create a work environment where pride in the work, recognition and fun are essential components.
Position was overseeing 1800 flight attendants. No clear details of the metrics or expectations other than a desire to get in front of the employees more than in the past.
Experiential questions and overall description of your management style was explored in the interview. Every effort was made to ensure my comfort and promote a positive experience.
