    I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Air Chatham Pacific Airlines in January 2010.


    first of all it was start off with an employee referral, and from there I did e-mail direct to the Engineering Manager and from there we arrange the formal interview.but before that I have been told by him that I had to wait for sometime because at the currently status of the company they don't want any new recruit at the time. So what I did is wait for months and months but it wasn't long I received an e-mail from the Engineering Manager confirming the interview. Interview went fine they only ask for your education,aviation experiences,skills,etc. it was a one on one interview and also a group advice is do not panic, when you answer the question look straight to the interviewer,give a straight answer for the question,make sure you familiar with your resume

    • how would you be able to tackle an aircraft deficiency in a critical time ?   Answer Question


    to negotiate with the employer is possible and it can be done, but there will be a space limit for your negotiation.when the employer knows you reach your limit, they will let you know and no chances for you to go my advise is when you reach your limit of negotiation just stop right there and take the offer or else you leave it and go look for new job.
