I applied through college or university and the process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at AirWatch in October 2013.
Interview Details – I interviewed on-campus. It was a 30 minute interview. The interview was pretty basic with 2 puzzles and few open ended questions. The puzzles were about the 5 gallon and 3 gallon bucket to measure 4 gallons, and to measure the angle between a clock hour and minute hand. It takes them about 2 weeks to get after the first round of interview.
Interview Question – The open ended questions can be difficult as it is really hard to know what exactly is the interviewer looking for. The question I was asked was to explain one technical concept in simple terms, then I was asked to explain it in more detail. So basically this questions was built upon itself, so if answered inappropriately (not sure of what you are saying) initially could land you in trouble. Answer Question

Interview Details –
Got a phone call from a recruiter after applying online as well as on Linkedin.
The phone call consisted of basic questions relating to "resume walk-through". Recruiter was impressed and after 15 minutes of conversation told me to come onsite for an interview.
The on-site interview was 3.5 hours long which consisted of a panel interview, technical skills interview and behavioral/communication skills interview.
The people are really friendly and it shows the team-spirit.
Negotiation Details – They pay really well looking at the fact that it is located in Atlanta.
