Interviewed Apr 2012 in Atlanta, GA (took 1 week)
Got a phone call from a recruiter after applying online as well as on Linkedin.
The phone call consisted of basic questions relating to "resume walk-through". Recruiter was impressed and after 15 minutes of conversation told me to come onsite for an interview.
The on-site interview was 3.5 hours long which consisted of a panel interview, technical skills interview and behavioral/communication skills interview.
The people are really friendly and it shows the team-spirit.

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 4 weeks)
First interview was on campus and then was invited to a mixer a few weeks later. Met some great people and was excited about the whole process. Took a few weeks to hear back from them and then I came in for an onsite interview with several people. Interviews were of average difficulty. I was then called in the following week for yet another interview with HR who said I would hear back within a week. Throughout the process I mentioned that I was interviewing elsewhere. The next day I received an offer with a deadline and emailed airwatch to see if they would offer as well. No response to my emails so I accepted the offer and I did not hear from them until two weeks later they asked me to come in for yet another interview...a shame they could not get more organized.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 weeks)
I was first contacted by an internal recruiter and was immediately impressed. The recruiter was very knowledgeable about the company and specific group I was being interviewed for and I got off that initial call feeling excited about all that was going on at AirWatch. I then had a phone interview, followed by an on-site interview. When I first visited AirWatch, I was given a tour of the facility and got a real feel for the culture, which I thought was smart in order to ensure I would feel comfortable with the AirWatch environment. I then had a chance to meet with several members of the team I would be working with and my future boss. The fact that AirWatch weighs the opinions of team members and not just a boss' opinion stood out to me. It is a team environment and I liked that they place a lot of importance on making not just a job skills fit, but a cultural one as well.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 weeks)
I had a great experience interviewing with AirWatch. I really enjoyed the young, vibrant atmosphere. Everyone was very welcoming and informative. I met with the Human Resources department and was also given a company tour. The office is very urban and modern. Interview style was 1:1 and more relaxed then most I have had previously. All in all it was a good experience.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 weeks)
Initial on-campus interview followed by an on-site interview. on-site consisted of a panel interview, technical interview and a HR interview. All was well till after the process. We were told we would hear back one way or the other in 2 weeks. Didn't hear back for 4 even when I had informed them of other offer deadlines. Even then I had to call to get the response. Extremely disappointed not at the result but at the way it was handled. Extremely unprofessional.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Atlanta, GA (took 1+ week)
My first "interview" was a phone interview consisting of numerous questions on networking/Wi-Fi IT common knowledge such as what does DHCP stand for and what does it do.
Second round was in the office consisting of several people and then we talked with multiple employees and managers. it was a "batch interview" and I met the other candidates but the interviews were individual.
Third and final round was with one of the board members. He was a great guy and ex-CEO of a very successful company.

The interview consisted of a phone interview with HR, an onsite interview with HR, and a final onsite interview with the consulting team. I really got a sense of the company culture, the vision, the role, and growth opportunities. I was very excited to receive an offer, and have enjoyed working here to date.
