Interview Details – 3 interviews. The first was a phone screening interview with HR. The HR rep was very nice. The questions were pretty general asking about my experience and how my skills fit with the role description. The second interview was another phone interview with the hiring manager. This one was a little more technical with questions around programming and other technical experience from my resume. There were also some high level questions around project and customer relationship management. I was brought in for a 3rd interview onsite where I met with the hiring manager and a technical lead. They asked several general technical questions and technical questions around mobility and networks. There were several logic questions and then the standard "tell me about yourself" and "how would you handle an xyz situation" type questions.

Interview Details – Initial interview at the university for pre-filtering of candidates. Very nice interviewers and focused on my experience and projects in general more than technical questions about the position. Then, on-site interview with the head of the department, head of HRs and one consultant. The questions were asked to know how I think more than going through my resume which shows the leadership-oriented culture of the company.
Interview Question – Logic questions were the most difficult. They were the classic ones with the 8 balls and one scale, the 2 containers with different capacities, and an open-ended one. Answer Question

Interview Details – The process was simple but the follow through from Airwatch was lackluster and non-professional.

Interview Details – Referred to the position by a current employee. Regular first round interview with HR rep. Asked about general experience and current knowledge. Scheduled for a second interview a week later with technical lead. Interview included a lot of technical questions and was pretty difficult. I didn't receive the implementation position. 2 weeks later, HR called and said they had a position that would better suit my technical skills. I accepted the position with a great salary. Very professional process and HR seems like they really care about the applicants.

It was pretty decent experience...after applying I got a call for phone interview. there were no technical questions asked , it was about my technical background and what I would like to do with it. At the end of conversation they wanted me to resend my updated resume.. after a couple of days time they called me for 1:1 interview .. first had a company tour.. filled out some documentation. There were three types interview with three different people.
1. Analytic: All about logic(given the string of brackets ( { [ how will you check it they are nested correctly ) and also asked me to write couple of SQL queries.(mostly nested one) .
2. Technical : Asked about RECURSION , COMPLEXITY and almost every thing about the resume.
3. Personality test : It was fun.. all regular cliche questions
all whole it was a good experience.. go prepared ..

Got a phone call from a recruiter after applying online as well as on Linkedin.
The phone call consisted of basic questions relating to "resume walk-through". Recruiter was impressed and after 15 minutes of conversation told me to come onsite for an interview.
The on-site interview was 3.5 hours long which consisted of a panel interview, technical skills interview and behavioral/communication skills interview.
The people are really friendly and it shows the team-spirit.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Atlanta, GA Oct 2011 – Reviewed Dec 12, 2011
Interview Details – I was first contacted by an internal recruiter and was immediately impressed. The recruiter was very knowledgeable about the company and specific group I was being interviewed for and I got off that initial call feeling excited about all that was going on at AirWatch. I then had a phone interview, followed by an on-site interview. When I first visited AirWatch, I was given a tour of the facility and got a real feel for the culture, which I thought was smart in order to ensure I would feel comfortable with the AirWatch environment. I then had a chance to meet with several members of the team I would be working with and my future boss. The fact that AirWatch weighs the opinions of team members and not just a boss' opinion stood out to me. It is a team environment and I liked that they place a lot of importance on making not just a job skills fit, but a cultural one as well.
Interview Question – I was asked what I knew about the company and how the role I was interviewing for fit into the company as whole to see how much research I had done prior to the interview and how interested I was in joining the company. Answer Question
