Interviewed Jul 2011 in Filton, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
The interview was pretty straight forward but they were in a hurry and were asking questions quickly. Firstly, they introduced themselves and then asked me to tell about myself. Then there were some technical questions regarding the specific job position and also experience.

Interviewed Feb 2009 in Bristol, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
It was a quite short telephonic interview may be because I was not prepared well for it. The HR person emailed me a few days before the interview about the format of the telephonic interview i.e Competency Based interview. But actually the interview was pretty straightforward.

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took 4+ weeks)
Had a few different interviews, each with emphasis on different aspects of the prospective job. Every one of them had the goal to assess certain skills of mine and were designed to show how I will fit in the Airbus organization. The interviews lasted for about 3 hours and the telephone interview about half an hour. Good atmosphere generally.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Broughton, Wales (United Kingdom) (took 2 days)
It was quite a pleasant experience. It was well structured. It consisted of a group exercise, 2 hr technical assessment (assesses manufacturing knowledge and airbus knowledge). There was also a competency interview, fast track exercise. I would just be yourself but try to read about airbus beforehand as well as brush up any manufacturing knowledge (i applied for the manufacturing graduate scheme). The hardest was probably the technical assessment which was a mixture of multiple choice and essay type questions. I had an overnight stay in broughton at the queens hotel which was very nice and was treated well. Goodluck!

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Bristol, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
The process was a full assessment day which included - a group business case, an hour long interview (mainly behavioural questions, some quite technical questions related to your chosen business function), an hour long psychometric test and a business scenario and ten minute presentation.
It was a tough, long day but a very positive experience over all.
