Interviewed Aug 2011 (took 2 weeks)
If you're over 40 don't waste your time interviewing with these people. My interview consisted of a phone interview, and face to face interview with the CIO, and a teleconference interview with three people from the home office. All during the process I was being told how impressive my resume was and how I had a wealth of experience I could bring to the organization, right up to the point where I had the teleconference with the home office, then suddenly nothing. They didn't even have the courtesy to contact my recruiter to tell them I was no longer being considered. I finally wrote their HR person and was told that my skill set was a little too "outdated' for them, which is total bunk but I guess that's what you say when you don't want to tell a candidate that they're too old for the job.
There's a reason that this company scores a 2.0 on the employee satisfaction scale. Run, don't walk away if offered a chance to interview with these people, especially if you're over 40.
