There was an aptitude test in Poly University of Hong Kong before the face-to-face interview. The interview was conducted by the Senior Training Manager. She mostly questions about your past experience and your conception towards Airport. She stress the importance of going on exchange before.

First interview by human resources to know your basic understanding regarding Hong Kong International Airport. And then there will be a written test about yourself and your aviation knowledge. Next, there comes an assessment center to assess your presentation and language skills. Finally, we have a senior management session which aims at knowing more about yourself.
