    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Ajilon Staffing in April 2011.

    Interview

The initial communication happen quick...I applied for a position on-line, the agency contacted me immediately, we had a brief conversation on the phone I was invited to an interview, I was interviewed by the individual in person where the position was discussed in detail, I was informed at the end of the interview (which lasted for approximately 45 minutes) that I would be submitted as a candidate for the position, the interviewer ended, I went home did a follow-up Thank You letter, followed-up with the agency two days later...NEVER heard back from the agency regarding the position...After a week I called to follow-up again and the interviewer I had met with last week did not seem interested in speaking with me (having a negative demeanor) although the interviewer stated to make contact the next day, the next day I called the interviewer was not in the office and did not follow-up with me any that week, hoping that persistence paid off I called again the following Monday...the interviewer finally stated the company looking to fill the position had pulled out the request...wow after 3 weeks of chasing one individual with one opportunity to being dropped without any follow-up I'm exhausted and disappointed!
