I applied through other source and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Aker Solutions in February 2012.

Interview Details – Make an attempt in showing interest in working oil and gas industry from researching and background checks regarding your employee. Have the courtesy to give an honest opinion regarding the job scope during interview instead of saying bluntly yes to everything. Be calm when communicating and you are set.

Negotiation Details – An offer to me is a make or break deal. Consider the offer when given then make your approach by giving your thoughts regarding the offer. Always have in mind whether you are happy with the offer.
