    It was a Telephonic after two weeks of wait from online application,started with light pleasantaries,proceeded on to some technical question ,after that A light description of the job and then a few questions to test my knowledfe on the economic situation and following it with questions on background.previous jobs,etc. After accepting said job a little salary negotiation

    I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a weekinterviewed at Al-Futtaim Group (Dubai (United Arab Emirates)) in September 2012.

    Interview

    Initial contact was made through an agent. When the HR Business Partner took over, there was initial good communication. The subsequent communication was sporadic, but still helpful and gave clear instruction of process.
    Initial meeting was with 2 senior department people and the HR Business Partner.
    A follow up meeting was arranged with more department executives.

    • All questions were fairly standard. There was a few technical competency based questions regarding managing certain situations.   Answer Question

    Reasons for Declining

    Salary and benefits were unrealistic and the position / title was a step back. There was no negotiation.
