Declined Offer – Interviewed in Pasadena, TX Oct 2011 – Reviewed Nov 14, 2011
Interview Details – Initial meeting at Career fair on Campus. Followed up with interview with Engineer with the company and straight into an interview with a HR rep. HR rep was all behavioural questions. Then second round was 2 more interviews with senior engineers. Great interview, relaxed, discussed how I wanted my career to evolve, answered all my questions. Albemarle are a great group of people, made sure the job I wanted, in the location I wanted was the issue.
Interview Question – What aspect of Mechanical Engineering do you find the most interesting? Answer Question
Reason for Declining – Had a better job offer in an industry I was more interesed in. But Albemarle are a great company.
