applied at the store kiosk, called back a few days later then got an in store interview, wasn't asked many questions and was imeditaely offered the job following the passing of a drug test.

The first step to applying at Albertson's is to apply online. You will go through an online test that is gauged to assess your personality. Answer logically, and use common sense. You want to give the impression that you are good with people, are a hard worker, and have positive social skills.
The in person interview was fairly basic. I met the manager and he was very personable. He knew that it was my first job and he did not ask me very detailed questions or put much pressure or stress. He hired me and after some training I was able to start work. To succeed at this, or any job, you must show that you care about your work and have a positive attitude. Complainers never go very far.

Most of the people are really easy going and friendly. You end up enjoying be at work. However, when corporate is there it's a whole other story. Suddenly everything you do is wrong, so if you get a job there be on guard. Managers in general are pretty nice. The ones at my location were pranksters but everyone still got their work done.

Very laid back. It was a one on one with a manager. They are just looking for kids who are eager to work well through high school and are pleasant and outgoing. May ask questions about dealing with customer service, what extracirriculars you do in high school etc. Just be yourself and ask questions and be interested and excited about the job and you will be fin.

I had to apply online. This is where they did a personality test on me. They pretty much just wanted to make sure that i would not steel/be a jerk/kill people/ things along that line. Next i had to do a interview with my manager which was easy. then finally i had to do a drug test to. After that i had to take a class that brainwashed me into sacrificing my self for the sake of the store which was borring. then i had the job
