Panel interview with about 5 members of the office. There was a list of typical job questions that was presented to me for review before being asked. The members interviewing will rate the answers on a numerical scale and then discuss who received the highest numerical score to weed out candidates. Anyone they choose must go through and be approved from HR who will call and offer the job. All other applicants will be sent a letter that they were not selected. The entire process can take weeks, including once your hired you come in for a fingerprint background screen which can take another week or two. Don't expect to actually be working for a few months after you've applied.

Only get better pay with proof of education or directly related job experience which must be submitted to old employee and faxed back to HR to verify.
