    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Alcatel-Lucent Holding.

    Interview

Seems like the goal was to hire someone who would work for lower pay. From the start before having an interview, HR asked what my salary expectations would be - very unprofessional. Didn't even call me in for an in-person interview and very much pushed what my max salary could be, which from research is drastically under the national average. Also put pressure on me to make a decision about accepting the offer - only 3 days - and were shocked when I didn't accept the offer right away. Overall was very unimpressed with how they handled the interview process and frankly disappointed

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Alcatel-Lucent Holding (Murray Hill, NJ) in December 2014.

    Interview

Very comforting, laid back interview; told me all about the position the first 30 minutes, questions were answered back and forth, then asked me to tell him about myself and past experiences. He didn't ask any specific questions, besides if I told him something he was confused about on my resume.
