Interview Details – Went to an interview with HR for a different position. During the interview the lady from HR advised they have an other opening that would suit me better. Two interviews were scheduled with the Team Leader and the manager of the department . The interviews went smoothly with questions regarding my experience, I details my previous positions and they gave me an in depth overview of the position. After the two interviews I had a phone interview with an other Manager that was based in an other country. It was a one hour interview and had many questions on how I would react in different situations, what are my qualities and faults.
Interview Question – I was asked about my hobbies and why I have choose the things I wrote on my resume. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I was asked during the interview what are my financial expectations. After all interviews I received an offer that was around 20% more than what I requested.
I applied through an employee referral and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Alcatel-Lucent in July 2012.
Interview Details –
There are several test: intelligence, technical, psychological.
the technical test is so and so, not too difficult, can be handled by a fresh graduate that read smth in school.
Then there is an interview with the the future manager and then you get the final offer from the department manager
