    I applied online. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Alerio Technology Group (Denver, CO) in January 2010.

    Interview

    Initial interview was telephone screening by Human Resource Director and then 1 on 1 with VP of Sales. After initial interview I was given personality test and then asked to take drug test the following day. Unfortunately, neither the VP of Sales or the HR Director could efeectively expalin the commission plan.
