Interviewed Mar 2012 (took a day)
I applied through the Summer on the Cuyahoga website, and I was contacted about a week later with a phone call from their recruiter. From there, we scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview was with the two men I'd be working under, and they asked me questions, mostly non-technical, about how I would approach projects and a little bit about my work experience. They also talked about how quickly I could catch up on learning new languages. I didn't feel so great about the interview afterward, but they apparently felt differently. I got the impression that the culture wouldn't be a good fit for me, though. Less than 3 days later, I got a call from the recruiter informing me that they'd like to offer me an internship.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
Not quite what I was looking for this summer; also, they wanted to hear back from me to make a final decision within 36 hours of extending the offer, which was totally infeasible when I have interviews scheduled for the next month with other companies. Lastly, I have no desire to work for a company that would hire someone without even meeting them/not having them see the office.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Lewisport, KY (took 3 months)
Response time from initial contact to phone interview was 3 months. Numerous emails and phone calls were not answered. Finally a phone interview from Cleveland (HQ) was conducted to determine if there was further interest. Interviewer was not engaging. Was accepted to the next step. Interview schedule at manufacturing site was completed in 3 weeks. On site interview included numerous department managers and HR staff and manager. People were super friendly, in fact to much so. Some conversations ended in telling me TMI about personal issues that had absolutely nothing to do with the job. A consultant was handling the interiviewing process but seem to know nothing about the company or the job I was interviewing for. Never recieved any feedback about the position. After repeated calls and emails for months I finally got word from one of the managers that Cleveland didnt like me. This was the person who approved the trip in the first place. Still have not recieved an offical reject letter. Big waste of time. They still have not filled the position after 10 months and still advertising. Not sure they know what they want.
