    The process took 3 days. I interviewed at All About Staffing (Sunrise, FL) in November 2011.

    Applied and was called for a phone interview where my last 7 years of recruiting experience were reviewed. Was lucky as recruiting manager recognized my name from a company we previously worked at. In person interview materialized into a very good dialogue, director is running new department. My extensive recruiting and sourcing skills met his deficiency and he advised me he would be calling my references.

    Negotiation

    Director of recruiting called be 3 days after in person interview to extend job offer. He had negotiated with H.R. and attempted to push rate,but base salary has a bonus structure. as well as full benefits
