The process took 3 days - interviewed at All About Staffing in November 2011.

Interview Details – Applied and was called for a phone interview where my last 7 years of recruiting experience were reviewed.
Was lucky as recruiting manager recognized my name from a company we previously worked at. In person interview materialized into a very good dialogue, director is running new department. My extensive recruiting and sourcing skills met his deficiency and he advised me he would be calling my references.

Negotiation Details – Director of recruiting called be 3 days after in person interview to extend job offer. He had negotiated with H.R. and attempted to push rate,but base salary has a bonus structure. as well as full benefits
