Interviewed Nov 2010 in Naples, FL (took 3+ weeks)
I was contacted by the inhouse sales recruiter shortly after I had applied online through an ad posted on linkedin. I was asked to apply online to the company website, then set up a phone interview that same week. The initial interview took approx. 50 minutes. The recruiter was professional, well informed and did a good job selling the opportunity to me. She then had me complete a sales assessment test and coordinated a "panel" screening with the HR manager. This entire process took less than a week, so kudos to them. I was then contacted by the Regional VP to set up a phone interview. After speaking to him for 45 minutes, he recommended that I meet with the Area VP, who was going to be in my area of the country the next week. I met with him, for approx. 30 minutes and did a mock presentation. We discussed salary, start date. I received feedback from the same recuiter the next day and was sent forms to fill out for the background and drug screening. I recieved an offer letter a few days later, with a fair offer. It was what I had expected, as I had discussed with the Area VP earlier. Overall a smooth, quick process and I got the job!

Received and Declined Offer

Interviewed Jul 2008 (took 8 weeks)
Most notably, they never kept to their schedule. You'd land at their office and the manager would be out. The phone interview would happen an hour later than scheduled. There was no update for long periods of time, followed by surge in activity. Questions were generic and related to Windows application (storage, database, networking, mail, etc). Presentation round consisted of demonstrating past success in a case study.

Reason for Declining
Seemed unprofessional and not in the game for long term. The business outlook seemed risky.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Naples, FL (took 6 weeks)
ASG is clueless and disorganized, it was a start then stop process, they provided me with an offer letter and then just before my scheduled start date they cancelled the offer sighting the "Current Economic conditions"
