Interview Details –
1. HR recruiter will call for an initial prescreen
2. HR Recruiter will set up an over-the-phone interview with internal employee
3. There will be an onsite interview, taking between 5-6 hours with lunch typically in-between. You will meet with the Hiring Manager, Director, possibly VP of the department, and other employees that you'll be working with

Negotiation Details – Was able to negotiate with both base salary and signing bonus
