Interviewed Mar 2010 (took a day)
Five hours of interviews divided up in ten 30 mins 1 on 1 interviews. There wasn't a structured set of interview questions so questions were more along the line of what are your experiences, strengths, and weakness, what can you bring to the company, etc... There weren't any situational questions for me.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 1 week)
After applying to Allergan for a pharmaceutical sales representative position, I got an email to complete a talent interview. Once completed, I got a second email to confirm time for a telephone interview. The telephone interview was like an hour long. I was asked questions like tell me about yourself, what makes you the ideal candidate for this position, we have 20 other strong candidates, why should we chose you, why do you want to work for Allergan, why do you want to sell pharmaceuticals, are you able to travel, are you able to relocate if need be. After the telephone interview, I got an email to set up a time for a formal interview. During the formal interview, the territory manager and the regional manager both conducted their own yet separate interviews.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Minneapolis, MN (took 1 week)
Responded to on-line posting and applied for a management position. The process was typical for pharmaceuticals - application completed on line with resume download. I was contacted by HR offering times for phone screen interview. The phone screener was courteous and patient as she was transcribing my responses. I was then referred for a personal interview the following week. The interviewer was not the hiring manager. Nonetheless he was cordial and engaged. I was never advised of my status despite emails to the interviewer, his boss, and HR.

Interviewed with Staffing Agency multiple times. Got a 1 on 1 interview. Met with 2-3 people one at a time. Got a response call later in the day. Got a second interview. Negotiated the final rate. Great company, campus, people and place to be! This company has such a great environment to work in.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Irvine, CA (took a day)
First contact was a phone interview with the recruiting representative. That was somewhere between 30-40 minutes. At completion I was informed that my answers would be reviewed and they would be calling again if interested.
Second interview was scheduled within two days of initial phone call and took place at the Irvine headquarters with the hiring manager. About an hour and a half.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Irvine, CA (took 2 days)
You have a phone interview which is done by their recruiter. Then another phone interview by the hiring manager. Then if you pass that, you have an interview with a panel of 7 people. The interview process takes a while. Intend to be there for the entire day. If you are lucky, they take you out to lunch.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Singapore (Singapore) (took 1 week)
I sent my resume to the company and after 7 days, they contacted me via telephone and we arranged for an interview. They were flexible in the timing of the interview as I was consulted if I am available for their suggested timing. The interview process took about 45 mins. Started off with an interview with the HR manager, who asked me simple questions about my work experience, CCAs involvement. After that, the department head, who ended up as my immediate supervisor, interviewed me on my skills and qualities to check if I was suitable for the job. It was casual and transparent as he told me he was happy with me, but has to assessed other candidates before making his final decision.

Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 2 weeks)
I thought it was pretty standard. Phone interview was not scheduled-the recruiter called me and then just went right into the questions so I was not prepared. I got invited to the one on one. It was a typical 'what can you do for us type of interview. The interviewer was impressed with my product knowledge but unimpressed that my resume wasn't a carbon copy of the typical sales resume. I felt like I was just an extra warm body there (wasting my time) to help the recruiter hit the interviewee quota for the hiring manager.
