Basic interview to start, then it switched to conceptual/brain teaser questions like what is the degree of the hour and minute hand at 11:45. 2nd interview was much of the same, but much more firm specific.

I had an initial phone interview which lasted about half hour. The person from HR who contacted me asked mostly about my previous work experience, and why I wanted to work for AB. A few days later, I was contacted to come in to their offices. I had two interviews. All behavioral questions, no technical.

Interviewed May 2010 in New York, NY (took 3 weeks)
Series of 1:1 interviews with each member of the team (some more than once) over about a three week span. The position had been vacant for some time, and I could tell that they were anxious to fill it as quickly as possible once a decent candidate had been found. Discussed professional experiences to date, educational background, why I was looking for new opportunities. Technical questions were asked in each interview. I was also asked a series of typical "brain teasers" during a few sessions.
The group was not especially considerate of my time during the interview process. Several meetings were cancelled at the last minute, and I was kept waiting.

Negotiation Details
Very little room to negotiate. Pay is known as the lowest on the street - though management will boast efforts to align pay with performance. If you take a job here, it's for the learning experience and potential career growth.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Generally they are really friendly and nice, even though the questions from higher management were really tough.
Come prepare and be yourself.
