The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Alliant Techsystems in May 2010.

Interview Details – Phone interview conducted by HR recruiter, then Director along with colleague via telephone. In person interviewer was flexible with time so as not to compromise current position. Interview initiated with tour of facility and explanation of services & products managed out of that office proceeded by a series of behavioral questions. All in all the interviews were friendly, warm, and inviting.

Negotiation Details – Interviewer wanted to know salary up front, and there was no getting away from it.
