I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 months - interviewed at Alliant Techsystems in March 2010.

Interview Details – Time consuming...took several months between initial contact and actual offer. Numerous level of approval and interviews before an offer is made. A couple of phone interviews plus a group interview with roughly 8 people.

Interview Question – How would you sell me this pen?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – Was able to negotiate salary but not a lot of movement on their part since they paid for relocation.
