After applying, there was a fairly long wait before I heard back from them. On the first call, they set up a phone interview, then after that there was an in person interview with a plant manager and an HR guy. A few days later they called to offer a position.

Time consuming...took several months between initial contact and actual offer. Numerous level of approval and interviews before an offer is made. A couple of phone interviews plus a group interview with roughly 8 people.

Was able to negotiate salary but not a lot of movement on their part since they paid for relocation.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
