Interviewed Jan 2012 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 months)
Very lengthy drawn out process. Took over a month. 2 phone interviews and one all day interview group. Consisted of giving a presentation, roleplay, and just a basic get to know each other. There were about 30 people interviewed at the final process and about 8 selected. I applied for this job online at their website.

Interviewed May 2010 in Raleigh, NC (took 4+ weeks)
Round 1: Basic Phone Interview. Describe the fit. I described how I identified with our company values: CLEAR. The interview ended well and I was invited out to this massive interview 3-day process in Raleigh. 812 resume submissions, 300 phone interview, 82 people invited to final round.
Final Round: Two weeks later, I came for one of the 3-days of Allscripts Interview event. It was a really fun interview day with several Allscripts employees coming to conduct the interviews. We were given 10 minutes to create and then give a 7 minute presentation on one of four randomly selected topics that were irrelevant to the position. We had to work together to put together a lego-helicopter within 5 minutes without being able to look at the model helicopter all at once. Only one person could look at it and then describe how it looked. There was a standard interview from a panel of three employees. Most of it was describing the culture fit, why did I want the position, etc.
After waiting a week or two, I learned by phone call on a Friday night that I was one of about 30 people were hired.

Negotiation Details
Although they said I was their first pick of thirty hired individuals, they would not budge an inch on salary and told me I had 24 hours to get back to them. (They told me on Friday morning and expected me to get back to them by Saturday morning...I didn't even get the entire weekend to think about the offer.)
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation and a Skills Test.
