Interview Details – Applied on company website. Received phone call from recruiter explaining position, expressing interest, and asked some behavioral questions. Scheduled phone interview with manager lasting 30 minutes and consisted of behavioral questions. Face-to-face meeting with manager and senior business analyst on campus. I was asked approximately 10 scripted behavioral questions and was told about the position. Use the S.T.A.R. method and you should be completely fine. Not difficult at all, try to be very personable.

Interview Details – Received a call and had a brief phone screen from a recruiter. It has been several months since I had applied online, so I couldn't recall the exact position. Afterward, I immediately received an email to schedule an onsite interview with the hiring manager for the following week. The interview was behavioral with about 5 minutes at the end for me to ask questions. The interviewer wrote down almost every word that I said. I was asked if I would be available sometime the following week for a technical interview, but I did not hear back despite several attempts to follow up with the recruiter. One month later, after emailing the recruiter once again, I received a rejection email.
Interview Question – Tell me about a project that you have worked on that did not go as expected and what you did about it. Answer Question

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Northbrook, IL Nov 2012 – Reviewed Nov 16, 2012
Interview Details – I had applied for a number of B.A jobs on their job/career page, and I had spoken with a recruiter for another position a week before. I got an email from a different recruiter regarding a different position that was more well-aligned with my background. They wanted me to schedule an in person interview with another BA and a manager right away, which I am assuming was because my background was exactly what was required of this position. I had a 1 hour interview that Friday, and the interview was mostly behavior and S.T.A.R questions. I tried to be pretty technical in my interview and discuss my background as much as I could to expedite the entire process. They called me about 2 weeks after my interview with a job offer and I accepted.

Interview Details –
I applied online and within two days I had an email and phone call from a recruiter to conduct a phone interview. I was asked one behavioral question which she seemed pleased with my answer. She then sent me an online test to take in the next 24 hours. The test was to take 60 minutes but it only took maybe 40. It was all multiple choice and fairly easy if you understand customer service. Once I passed the online test the recruiter sent an email stating she would send my information to the hiring manager.
I received a call the next day and was in two days later for an interview. Right away we entered the questions that were on the typical corporate interview forms. There were five questions that were somewhat surprising. They then told me about the position and gave me time to ask questions. It lasted only 35 minutes.
I was called two business days later and asked to meet for 15 minutes with the "office manager". Well I incorrectly interpreted office manager as an admin but she was more like the president or director of the entire satellite office. She asked very specific questions related to my resume and work history. I was also given the opportunity to ask questions. Even though it should have only lasted 15 minutes I was there for 30. She told me they would make a decision the next day and I got a call from the recruiter stating they were offering me the position.
Overall it was a great experience. It was very fast but fortunately for me I am familiar with the industry and was ready for fast. The women who interviewed me were patient, kind, professional, and delightful. Even the recruiter took some time to answer some personal questions about why she liked working for Allstate. I'm sold!
Interview Question – "Tell me about a time where you realized you gave incorrect service and what did you do about it" "Tell me about a time where you had to deal with a change of plans" Answer Question
Negotiation Details – The recruiter paused after the salary to see if I was going to negotiate, which I did not because I really did feel the offer was fair, so if you do interview take the opportunity to ask for more.
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Champaign, IL Mar 2012 – Reviewed Oct 29, 2012
Interview Details – Met with a recruiter on campus during a career fair. He seemed interested in me so we went to another room where I was given an on-the-spot technical interview. Nothing too strenuous, just some simple data structures and programming stuff. After we finished that, he seemed pleased and hooked me up with someone from HR to conduct and personal interview. From there, I was told that I'd be contacted sometime in the future for another interview over the phone with my prospective manager. After waiting for a week or so, I was treated to another (simple) tech interview, told about the project, and offered a position with a week to accept/deny.
