Process Analyst Interview

Process Analyst

I applied through a recruiter and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Allstate in January 2011.

Interview Details – Got a call from HR for a phone screen, then proceeded to a phone interview with hiring manager and group interview with hiring manager's peers. They do behavioral interviewing, so be prepared to give lots of examples of situations. The culture is very stripes/hierarchy. You shouldn't challenge others especially leaders but they are trying to change the culture very slowly.

Interview Question – Give an example of when you ran into resistance on a team   Answer Question

Reason for Declining – Took another opportunity due to location and better culture
