Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 2 weeks)
Initial application was two months prior to interivew. Received email from recruiter for phone interview. After phone interview, had to reapply online for position and then take an online assessment. Received immediate response that I passed assesment. Within a few days was contacted by email for a 2:1 interview (consisted of how you handle certain situations good and bad). After about a week was contacted again for second interview which was a 1:1 with department supervisor. Brief interview, asked what I liked and disliked about previous jobs and supervisors. Sat with an employee to ask questions about the job. Received an email from recruiter about two weeks later that another candidate was offered the position. The recruiter encouraged me to check the website and apply for any positions I may be interested in.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 2 days)
Phone interview - brief introduction of company followed by more thorough function of department. Description of current successes and pain points. Asked about my background and credentials but coyly asked in slightly different ways to determine if any lies or embellishments told.
1:1 interview - assessment of writing and presentation skills. More in-depth personality assessment with definite focus on body language and demeanor.
