Each person just really want to get to know me, what my experiences are, and how I can be an asset to the Company. Why should they choose me over other candidates?

Worked through a recruiter. I was able to get what I wanted with justifications provided to the Recruiter.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
