Started with collecting resumes from a Job Fair
The resumes were narrowed down based on GPA and first impression at the Job Fair
A phone interview was next
then forms needed to be filled out so that they could run a background check
Finaly a face to face interview was done at the plant
Then there was a drug hair test

I was not able to negotiate on the first term. After the first term I was able to talk to HR for a raise.

The interview was really laid back, short and to the point. The recruiter who interviewed me was really nice and easy going. He looked at my resume, asked a couple questions about my previous experience and then for the rest of the time we had a casual conversation about the position I was applying for. He didn't spend too much time on behavioral type questions or any of the typical interview questions such as "What is your biggest weakness?". I thought it went really well but unfortunately didn't hear back from them.

I interviewed with Altec when they came to my campus for a job fair. I did not plan of interviewing with them in advance, but when I spoke to a representative at the fair he offered my a 15 minute on the spot interview. I accepted, and it was a fairly easy and standard interview. He pretty much just went through my resume and asked me about each position I had. I felt I did well in the interview, but never received any further communication from the company. I understand if they were looking for somebody with very specific credentials, but I didn't really appreciate the fact that they never even responded to my follow up emails.
Overall I wasn't too disappointed as I was never really that interested in the company or the position. Perhaps that showed in my interview.

Approached booth at career fair to talk to team of 4 employees of Altec. They are looking for personality more than anything. If they like you, they will invite you to an information session with free food at a restaurant in town. It's a good idea to go. Free food if nothing else. Everyone in the company is very young. Seems like a fun place to work. They will interview you at school then invite you for a 2nd at the plant in etown.

I met the folks from Altec at a campus job fair. After speaking briefly with several of the representatives and giving them my resume, I was invited to a restaurant where they were holding an information session that evening. I went, and it was a very laid back dinner. I was later emailed to schedule an interview. The interview was pretty standard. A couple questions I remember: "Who is the most influential person in your life" and "If you were a tool, what kind of tool would you be?" The second one ended up being a joke, but I didn't find out until months later.
