Interview was performed by phone by several people. After waiting a long time (in days) between this calls, I did not hear anything from the company. In time it took more than 2 months from initial talk up to the first offer. It is way too long period of time if you are looking for a job.

applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. After initial phone screen, a technical phone interview was scheduled within a week. Technical phone interview mainly covered previous experience and some specific questions related to V&V and other processes. On-site interview was scheduled with flight booked. Met with three people for 1:1 interview and each consisted of about 20-30 min.

first interview with the engineering manager( played the role of HR and thechnical at the same time) second one with the project manager on more technical terms and get to know the project

I sent my CV to the HR manager. She arranged an interview with the business manager within a week time. The business manager briefed about the company and then asked 3 small question related with high school mathematics. Then he asked some HR related questions. Later, he asked about the kind of jobs, I might be interested in.

Got an opportunity through a friend, but after the interview, it turned out that Altran was having difficulties getting new projects, largely owing to the recession or so I was informed. They cancelled everything further in my case.
