Interview Details – Panel interview with situational and technical questions typical to the job specifics. They really focus on specific tough decision making situations that rely on your expertise and practical knowledge to answer. Just answer honestly, following standard ethical judgements and they are really no brainer answers. The interviewers are typically the hiring manager, an HR person, and two or three others from various work groups such as projects, operations, or maintenance.

Negotiation Details – A lot of back and forth; they definately will go up from original offer so negotiate. You just need to be reasonable in your request and don't forget value of non-monetary items like vacation, paid time off, signing bonus, perks, etc. They have a lot they won't tell you about.
