    j'ai eut 4 entretiens sur le site de sophia antipolis: 1 RH et 3 Techniques. L'entretien RH s'est très mal passé, la personne était d'une méchanceté injustifiés avec tous les candidats. De plus elle ne savait pas analyser les réponses des candidats. En outre elle place la chaise LOIN d'elle pour éviter que vous "prenier son espace vitale " ( distance 3-4 m) et il ne fallait pas du tout bouger la chaise, même de quelques cm. Les entretiens étaient plus traditionnels néanmoins aucun ne connaissaient le poste pour lequel les candidats étaient là. Un gros problème d'organisation.

    There were three interviews. The first one with the HR. Here they asked general questions (why Amadeus, why this industry etc.). They also showed the online test results and made some comments on them. Then there were two interviews with the managers which were more technical. They asked me about my CV and to speak about the projects I've made. They wants to go into the details so you should check your CV deeply.

    Un premier contact par une société spécialisée en recrutement. Le premier appel téléphonique est bref et ne vise qu'à organiser la suite du recrutement. 3 exercices en ligne, dont un en anglais. Pas de difficulté particulière à signaler. Un test de personalité est également proposé (questions à choix multiples). Ce test de personalité est par la suite interprété par une personnes des services RH. A l'issue de ce test, on m'a proposé une série de 3 entretiens sur une journée sur site. Manager puis product director puis RH.

After the positive feedback i went for a technical interview in their offices. No difficult questions, we talked about my latest projects with some general questions about java.

    The interview consists in 3 cycles, first one is applying on their web page, then there are series of online tests, after that there is a personal conversation which is held in 3 times 1 hour sessions, one with HR consultant and other two with people in the department hierarchy(director, senior manager or VP ).

    L’entretien est hilarant. Pour commencer vous allez en entretien avec un responsable. Pendant plus d’une heure il vous explique à quel point Amadeus est parfait et remarquable. Puis vous avez un test numérique avec une difficulté du niveau de l’école primaire. Puis un test psychologique apparaît. Ils vérifient si vous aimez les gens et si vous buvez assez de café, et si vous gaspillez assez de temps à discuter. Après ça un autre entretien. Avec un psychologue, qui vous présente les résultats. Le processus entier a pris 1 an dans mon cas ! Et aucune question technique.

    Applied online about ten times for different roles until one day voila! Got immune to the automated rejetion letters and unanswered emails to HR. I got a call from HR asking me if I am still interested in a certain marketing position that opened up. A very brief phone interview with HR followed A week later had a skype interview with the hiring manager. Offer made within two weeks via email.

    J'ai commencé comme stagiaire pendant mon Master ; à la fin j'ai été contacté par un recruteur et j'ai commencé le processus d'embauche. D'abord ce sont des tests en ligne sur la plateforme SHL : - test verbal (compréhension écrite) - test numérique - test psychologique - test d'anglais Deux jours plus tard, le recruteur m'a téléphoné à nouveau pour fixer un entretien sur place. Il y a 5 entretiens sur la journée. Il y a 3 managers, un RH et un directeur. Généralement les entretiens sont standard : questions personnelles et de motivation et quelques aspects techniques en rapport avec votre profil. Une semaine plus tard j'ai eu le poste.

First step are online test on SHL platform: - verbal test (reading and comprehension) - numerical test - psychological test - english test After a couple of day, the recruiter phoned me again to set up an on site interview. The interviews are 5 in one day. There are 3 managers, 1 HR and a director. On average the interviews are quite standard: motivational and personal questions and some technical aspects related to your profile. After one week I got the offer.
