Amazon Warehouse Manager Interview

Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months - interviewed at Amazon.com in March 2012.

Interview Details

Basically Amazon is looking for as many Service Academy graduates as they can get to manage their warehouses. The growth potential is limited and you don't learn much about business. I was contacted by a headhunter for Amazon and had a successful interview. However, I didn't hear anything for months then was told in a follow on interview that she had received a positive response about the interview that I had last month, even though it was probably four months prior. If you're a service academy graduate then steer clear of positions with this company.
