Interviewed Apr 2011 in Seattle, WA (took 2 days)
Two phone interviews, each an hour long and followed by an assignment that I have to submit before midnight.
The difficult level is similar in both interviews, I was asked about my background, some specific questions about past project. Then questions about data structure, system design, how to improve performance of a large system. Two interviewers were from different departments, and they introduced themselves as well as their current projects.
In the end of each interview, they asked me to solve a BST problem, we discuss the solution first, then he asked me to write the code of that solution(even though it may not be the best solution) and email them after the phone interview.

Interviewed Mar 2012 in Milan (Italy) (took 1 week)
After applying to the job posting I received their request for a first round phone interview. I talked with an employee that was working in the same role. He was very friendly and asked me about my working back ground trying to find points of contacts with the position I was applying for. Then he described the caracterisitics of his job highligting pros and cons.
It took less than one hour to go through all the the interview questions.
Some days later I received an e-mail in order to arrange a second phone interview with an HR manager and an Executive.

Interviewed Apr 2012 (took 4+ weeks)
It's a pretty straight forward interview, definitely one of the easier ones I've been through. Started with a recruiter calling, going over background, etc. They then scheduled a phone interview with a Senior Ops Manager at one of the sites and it was pretty much the same thing. Go over background, experience, describe a situation, etc. They then flew me out for a one day interview, which consisted of a tour, math flow problem, 3 individual interviews and 1 panel interview to go over the math flow problem. Offer came in 3 days later.
