No Offer – Interviewed in Nov 2011 – Reviewed Mar 12, 2012
Interview Details – The interview consisted of a production efficiency evaluation. I was provided with several different production circumstances and was asked to use the information and determine proper allocation of my "employees" for that day. This was very difficult, and I was given several curveballs, such as "One of your employees left work early. Now what?" The subsequent questions were very basic. Essentially, they wanted me to convince them why I am good with people and why Amazon is the most exciting company in the world.
