Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Oct 2009 – Reviewed Nov 3, 2009
Interview Details – Resume screening through university. Interviewed with two different people on day one. A mix of case and behavioral questions. All cases were hypotheticals and didn't require calculations, just business judgement. Same thing on day two, just different people.
Interview Question – We know that 10% of the time a customer will enter a product into our search feature and it will return a "no item found" message. What are some of the possible reasons and how can we fix it? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – no negotiations
Other Details - I applied through campus recruiting and the process took 2 days.
