The person conducting the interview was 15 minutes late for the interview and was unclear about what she was looking for in a candidate. She even apologized for the job description being so vague. I conduct quite a bit of work over the telephone and can tell when a person is engaged. She would ask a question, and would then not really pay attention or listen to the answer. The impression I got from her was that she would rather be anywhere but on the phone conducting an interview.

I had 4 interview in the same week and this one was absolutely the worst. You liked my skills on my resume, why did you call me if you weren't really interested. Very odd.
