It good and dont see much different then the other IT companies.
Interview Questions
There are lots of DBA questions, I can not metiona all :)
Negotiation Details
You can negotiate max by 10%.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a Skills Test.
