I was contacted by a staffing campany. as expected they never tell the real story. I was schduled for online written test on consultant site. after clearing it i got info that i have to go for face to face technical interview in amdocs gurgaon.
I reached there on scheduled time at 10 o'clock in moring but my interivew was conducted at 7 PM. probably they were testing my patience. Technical person was really good fellow. He was not asking silly questions. instead he was a sane person. it was approx one hour pure technical interview. since it was sunday and it was already late evening so they said my HR interview will be conducted on phone. I kept waiting for 2 weeks for HR interview but didn't get a call. finally i contacted to consultant just to ask wether they are serious in taking my HR interview or not. finally they called me after 2 weeks. I was supposed to read again the same office by 10 AM. HR (Viprali rastogi) came in office by 12:30 PM. she was so angry as if she is going to pay me every thing from her own pocket. she was very very rude. she asked me some silly questions like why i want to leave my current job etc etc.

then she bluntly told me that amdocs can pay Rs. 4.8 LPA whereas my current package was 4.3. i meekly told her that my curr ctc is 4.3 so give me atleast 20% hike. adding some more fury to her already furious attitude she said no matter how much you are getting, we can pay you this much. moreover you have to work in shifts also like in night shifts.

and more, she told furiously(as if i was her ex husband) that my next promotion will be in july 2011. till then no salary hike.

The final verdict was i will get a mail if selected from this interview. it will consist of detailed offer letter.

I have an advice for Viprali, go for milatry service. this best suits to you.
